Mostly Biz: North Korea Has The Capacity To Build Two Nuclear Bombs Every Year
After North Korea allegedly attacked South Korea on Tuesday, speculations are creeping everywhere, as of what capability and capacity does North Korea store in itself that it wants to go on war against a country. They fired dozens of shells on the disputed island of Yeonpyeong, South Korea, which has reported to have killed one soldier and injured some four of them.
After a string of research done on North Korea, an information posted on a Stanford website states that the country has the capacity to build two atomic bombs every year. In some recent news, North Korea had openly announced that it is having intentions to enrich uranium and it is also believed that they do have the capability to do so.
One of the Korean top officials has already stated that it has some 2000 centrifuges which are used to separate Uranium 235 from the uranium 238. With such processes in the making the country is having the capability to build 30-40 kg nuclear war heads, which is enough to be equipped with one or two war heads every year.
